Every second year since the mid-1950’s, the International Union of Game and Wildlife Biologists (IUGB) has brought together international wildlife biologists, forestry scientists, veterinarians, game managers, hunters and scientists with an interest in game or wildlife biology.

In August 2007, Sweden will host the XXVIII IUGB congress in Uppsala.

On Tuesday 14th of August I will give a contribution on
the influence of supplemental feeding on wild boar
during the following session:

13.30 - 17.00 Theme: Recovering and introduced wildlife populations (Petterslund, Atrium)

At this conference, a big step was taken: the IUGB has a constitution now! And even a Luxembourg member of the comittee… they are lucky ;)

I also would like to thank first Kjäll, Tuuliki and their team for the wonderful organisaton of the congress, and Adjaan (and all the people who helped him), but also the other participants for the successful post-conference tour!
